      • Enter email first, can verify or use login
        • Subscribes them, and looks up info.
          • No info found, handle as new
          • Info found, and they are “pseudo logged in”
            • Displays stats – signer/mover dates and numbers.
            • Allows edits to existing interests
        • Now, they have a contact record and can sign the SOI
          • Subscribed, with no account.
          • Record changes are emailed to them
          • SOI Submit
            • Return signer number + date
            • Prompt for Patron membership
            • Prompt to create forum account
            • Send Welcome Email!
            • Update FreeStaters DB + Keela records
              • Keela
                • Contact name, address, phone, email
              • FreeStaters DB
                • Signer date, Signer number, Mover date, Mover number, email (used for record id)
